Vitol’s FRCL refinery is strategically located in Fujairah, outside the Straits of Hormuz. Offering ~100kbpd refining capacity the refinery is operated by VTTI  and sits adjacent to VTTI’s storage terminal,  enabling Vitol Bunkers to offer customers a secure and fully integrated supply chain, from production and blending of quality marine fuels, to storage and delivery. The terminal offers over 1.6mM3 storage capacity and 11 onsite jetties, and is able to accommodate any size or type of vessel.

Products

We offer LSMGO and VLSFO. All blending stock is sourced and produced at our FRCL refinery, completed at shore tanks and loaded via designated lines to barges after quality checks by independent labs are complete. With no external components procured in the blending process we ensure our marine fuels meet the highest quality standards.
